Todd and Jock as a duo won the Magic City Blues Society's 2001 Battle of the Blues Bands. The band has come together playing wild, all night gigs at Marty's in Birmingham. At Marty's, they have been fortunate to play with Blues greats Hubert Sumlin, Sam Lay and Willie King. Todd was nominated for "Best Blues Artist" at the 2002 Birmingham Music Awards.
